SHOOTING - Flagler County

On the morning of May 26, 2020, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) responded to the area of Rockefeller Drive for a shooting. The victim, an adult female who had just arrived at a residence in the area, reported that she was shot at multiple times shortly after exiting her vehicle. At least one round struck the victim in the leg, knocking her to the ground.
The shooter was described only as a “younger” black male (in his teens or twenties), wearing a dark colored shirt, red “Abercrombie type” shorts, and a red bandana. After the shooting, the suspect fled on foot toward Rolling Sands Drive. No vehicle was seen in the immediate area.

Burglary Suspect - Daytona Beach

The suspect in the burglary caught on video at the Family Food Store in Daytona Beach has been identified as 47-year-old Ronnie Kersey (DOB 5/14/1973).
Kersey is not in custody, and he's believed to be in the Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, Ormond Beach area and traveling on a bicycle. In addition to his warrant for armed burglary, Kersey is wanted by Holly Hill PD on aggravated battery charges in a stabbing that occurred Aug. 10.

Criminal Mischief - Deland

On 07-29-2020 at approximately 0437 hours, several unidentified males entered the rear parking lot located at the 100-block of North Woodland Blvd in Deland. The subjects vandalized one of the businesses in the downtown area. The subjects appeared to be four white males in their late teens. One of the subjects was riding a white BMX style type bicycle.

He was spotted on surveillance video helping himself to an unsecured men’s bicycle that was parked outside Publix at 605 Courtland Blvd in Deltona, on Wednesday March 11th, just before 5 p.m. The bike’s owner told deputies he went into the store to buy groceries at about 4:37 p.m. His red Men’s Specialized Bicycle was gone when he exited the store. The suspect is described as a white male with glasses wearing a green shirt and blue and white basketball shorts.

Burlgary Suspects - Deltona
January 30, 2020

On 1/30, two unknown suspects broke into a company van at the Justin Square Plaza, 840 Deltona Blvd, Deltona, stealing multiple work items valued at nearly $2,000.
The burglary occurred about 5:15 am when the unknown suspects – a male and female -- pried open and shattered two glass rear windows, gaining entry into the van. The pair are shown in surveillance video entering the parking lot in a blue vehicle, similar to the one shown in a photo.
They are seen walking into the breezeway of the plaza just before the male walks to the rear of the van, breaking out the windows to gain entry. The suspects are shown making multiple trips carrying items to their vehicle before exiting the parking lot south on Deltona Boulevard.

Theft of Wallet

The 3 suspects are wanted in connection with a "distraction theft" at Publix Market in Deltona. The victim's wallet was taken from her purse which was in her shopping cart. Credit cards from inside the purse were later used to make fraudulent purchases at Walmart and Bealls in Orange City.
